In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our insurance sales operations, leveraging your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales outcomes. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission by delivering specialized insurance advice and selling premium insurance products tailored to meet customer needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in the insurance industry and a passion for customer engagement. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster business growth. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to present our insurance products and educate them on their benefits. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer feedback. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Experience in creating and presenting sales presentations Strong customer service and relationship building skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed to sell insurance (as required by state regulations) Certifications in Sales Management (optional but advantageous)
