• Developing and execute course lesson plans inline the approved POI.
• Provide training through a combination of classroom and practice/field training.
• Support the continuous development of classroom POI (curriculum, materials, exercises, etc.)
• Support the documentation of lessons learned including suggesting modifications to POI, 3LF field manuals, and standard operating procedures. Job RequirementsAs an Intelligence Instructor (35L), employee must meet the following:
  • DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of operational experience as a CI Special Agent with MOS code 35L, 351L, or equivalent specialty in another branch of service
  • Experience must be active within the last 10 years
  • Completed a military leadership course (ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)
  • Must have Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, the Military Symbology, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical writing, Targeting, and experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems
  • Must have experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to CISAC Competencies:
    • Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
