Intelligence Instructor 35L, the employee will provide MOS
qualifying training using TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction
(POI) for the 35L Counterintelligence Special Agents Course
(CISAC).
- Developing and execute course lesson plans inline the approved
POI.
- Provide training through a combination of classroom and
practice/field training.
- Support the continuous development of classroom POI
(curriculum, materials, exercises, etc.)
- Support the documentation of lessons learned including
suggesting modifications to POI, 3LF field manuals, and standard
operating procedures. Job RequirementsAs an Intelligence Instructor
(35L), employee must meet the following:
- DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of experience
- Minimum of 6 years of operational experience as a CI Special
Agent with MOS code 35L, 351L, or equivalent specialty in another
branch of service
- Experience must be active within the last 10 years
- Completed a military leadership course (ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC,
MIOBC, or MICCC)
- Must have Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the
Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, the Military Symbology, the
Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical
writing, Targeting, and experience operating current automated
Intelligence Information Processing Systems
- Must have experience working on the most recent automation
tools-sets and systems applicable to CISAC Competencies:
- Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in
which the assigned position is supporting.
- Communication: Ability to effectively present information in
one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and
other employees if the organization Physical and Environmental
