DirectViz Solutions is rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for government customers. DVS is hiring for a Systems Administrator/Server Security to work in Sierra Vista, Arizona at Fort Huachuca. This position will support the RCC-CONUS, which provides a cutting-edge technology environment. An active Secret clearance, or US citizenship with the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance is required.Essential Job Duties:

• Use automated security scanning tools (SCAP, ACAS, etc.) to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Analyze, track, and report findings within the team and to leadership for appropriate tracking and mitigation
• Prepare and deliver various reports to the Security Team within the RCC-C
• Ensure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations
• Be a self-motivated system administrator to provide enterprise server support for the Army in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Document technical troubleshooting efforts
• Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours supportMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim
  • HS + 2 years of experience, AA/AS, or BA/BS, to include up to one year of hands-on Windows system administration
  • Must have Security+ CE certification prior to hire
  • Must acquire one Microsoft certification (70-697, 70-698, 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, or higher) within 180 days of hire
  • Experience with Server 2012 R2/2016 or Windows 10 administration
  • Experience with physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) systems
  • Knowledge of client/server hardware and software configurationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Possess exceptional attention to detail
    • Knowledge of network specific DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs)
    • Experience as McAfee HBSS Site Reviewer.
    • Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues
    • Ability to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems
    • Knowledge of networking concepts
    • Ability to create and/or modify scripts (batch, PowerShell)
    • Ability to document technical troubleshooting efforts
    • Familiarity with McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)
    • Familiarity with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
    • Be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
    • Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
    • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessaryWORK ENVIRONMENT:
