Job Title: Registration Authority CAC/PKI - Reports to: Program Manager FLSA: Exempt Primary Work Location: Ft. Position Overview The Common Access Card (CAC)/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Registration Authority/ Local Registration Authority (LRA) provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET and Deployed Forces (DF) network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations. This position is "mission essential" and must be done on site. The individual will provide support services for the management of the 24/7 PKI daily operations for Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Chief Information Office/G6 (CIO/G6) Cyber Security Directorate CAC/PKI Division. We are looking to hire CAC/PKI RA/LRAs that provide plans, designs, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project. Responsibilities / Duties Provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL) Work as part of the team to support the CAC/PKI mission Minimum Requirements DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM Level I Certification RA and/or LRA training IAW Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction No. 1300, Registration Practice Statement, Certification Practice Statement Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Visio 2 years experience in the IT field Secret Clearance (minimum) Preferred Skills & Knowledge RA and/or LRA training IAW Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction No. 1300, Registration Practice Statement, Certification Practice Statement 2 - 8 years of experience in IT field Physical Demands Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds occasionally and walk short distances. Use repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing: viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading. Job Requirements:

  • Verify patient's eligibility; distribute new patient registration information packets
  • Set up insurance information for new patients and update information on current patients
  • Perform outpatient pre-registration functions
  • Serve as resource person for patient registration in clinics
  • Perform clerical and reception duties associated with patient registration
  • Perform clerical and reception duties associated with patient registration
  • Assist patients with any non-clinical questions patients
  • Ensure all information obtained in the registration interview
  • Ensure accurate and timely registration of all patients accessing the facility
  • Ensure accurate registration and ordering of patients presenting to the collections site
  • Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Educate patients and physician offices about insurance requirements
  • Enter hotel & registration information into the system
  • Make new registration binders when new brochures
  • Assisting in the registration process to expedite patient flow
  • Verify patient Medical Record and social security numbers
  • Gather demographic and insurance information
  • Conduct patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtain signatures
  • Verify insurance eligibility on all patients and paste insurance eligibility in financial screen
  • Provide and share pertinent information gained in the registration process that will affect clinic flow via pre-registration form
