Job Description:
We are looking for family law attorneys who want to join a
mostly remote progressive team with incredible training,
mentorship, and support. Our firm is fast-growing in Pima County
and looking for experienced attorneys who want to serve clients
while working in a tech-forward and supportive environment.
Compensation: $100,000 DOE Responsibilities: - Create legal
documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement
agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of
cases - Handle the division of marital assets, including real
estate, during divorce proceedings as needed - Attend court
proceedings as needed to represent clients - Maintain client files
to ensure they are properly organized and up to date - Advocate on
behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively
analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
Qualifications: - 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D.
degree are necessary for this position - Excellent communication
and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and
emotional situations - Prior work or studies in criminal justice
preferred - Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and
defendants - Experience at a legal firm working on family law and
real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2
