Job Description:

As the Team Lead, the individual will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the computer systems according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Engineering and Implementation Plan (EIP), System Design Plan (SDP), and Build Guides. This is a hands-on role and will work closely with the Program Manager and Government customer to ensure technical deliverables and deadlines are met. LI-DNI Responsibilities * Functions on a daily basis as the Technical Team Lead * Will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Microsoft Windows 2019, Microsoft Active Directory, and PKI * Performs regular systems and security monitoring, handles backup procedures and help set up, maintain and delete user accounts as required * Performs advanced systems administration on Windows 2019 Servers, Windows Active Directory, PKI, and MECM, as required * Responsible for following and maintaining relevant procedures and standards. * Provides technical support related to systems within their organization and to outside customers, Government staff, project technical staff, or other contractors as needed * Manages patches and upgrades to ensure that systems are maximally efficient, effective, and secure * Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting team Required Qualifications/Education and Experience * Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related discipline and four (4) years of direct, Technical Team Lead experience * Must possess ten (10) years or more of direct, relevant experience with the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory * Must possess ten (10) years or more years of direct experience with IT systems infrastructure, implementation, and design (DoD Networks and Cybersecurity fundamentals required) * Must have three (3) or more years of direct, relevant experience with the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). * Previous hands-on knowledge of DoD or Military terminology as well as processes and procedures * Must possess one of the following DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II active certifications * Cisco CCNA Security * CompTIA CySA+ * GIAC GICSP * GIAC GSEC * CompTIA Server+ * E-Council CND * (ISC)2 SSCP * Must have a valid Microsoft CE Certification * Knowledge of server management principles and current best practices * Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience to include executives and high-ranking government personnel and military personnel * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to take and give direction * Ability to understand plans, execute them, and influence a team to follow * Ability to mentor and develop junior staff * Will be required to go on-site * Must have and maintain a Secret personnel clearance or higher Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disability/protected veteran status
