Job Description: The Defense Group at Leidos currently is looking to fill a position for Distributed Common Ground Station - Army (DCGS-A) Tools/Applications Systems Senior Trainers to work supporting the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence on Fort Huachuca, AZ. This opportunity will support the Huachuca Training and Support Contract. In this mission we will provide Training, Development and Training Support Intelligence Center of Excellence as they train and education the Intel force for the Army. Primary Responsibilities Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes, but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems. * Bachelor's degree * TS/SCI clearance * Must be subject matter experts with approved course scenarios, current real world data sources and web-based applications regarding the DCGS-A capability in support of training missions and in accordance with (IAW) Tactic Techniques and Procedures (TTP's) developed for the Contemporary Operating Environment (COE). * Been deployed within the MI branch conducting operations in support of authorized Intelligence Activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. * Honorably served in the military and have operational experience in one of the following MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/352S, 35D, 35C, 35G, 180A, or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. government agencies conducting tactical or strategic intelligence operations, for a minimum of 4 years. * Honorably served in the military and have operational experience in one of the following MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/352S, 35D, 35C, 35G, 180A, or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. government agencies conducting tactical or strategic intelligence operations, for a minimum of 6 years. * Graduate of one of the following Military Intelligence Branch courses; Advanced Officer Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, or Advanced Warrant Officer Course. Instructors will be expected to perform all critical tasks associated with highest course attended. * Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations relative to the performance requirements of the DCGS-A task. * Must have 6 years DCGS-A experience in one of the following MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/352S, 35D, 35C, 35G, 180A or in equivalent specialties in another branch of service, or other U.S. government agency in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years Preferred Qualifications * Experience as instructor at USAICOE * Combat experience post 9/11 Leidos is a Fortune 500? information technology, engineering, and science solutions and services leader working to solve the world's toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, and health markets.
