Position Summary:
The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Strategic Engagement Systems (SES) Program Area Director (PAD). This position will provide team leadership among the program office (PMO), assigned integrated product teams (IPT) and functional matrix support teams. This position will be hybrid, with occasional in-office work expected.
This role is integral for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices. The PI will be responsible for coordinating and collating PAD-level information and data; providing analysis and out briefs to PAD and functional leadership; and other duties as assigned.
The position will be located in Tucson, AZ and offer flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:



  • Develops Program Area-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or functional teams), including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management and administrative functions.


  • Displays strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortable interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.


  • Supports establishment of standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.


  • Supports the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.


  • Supports daily program management and cadence such as customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, failure review boards, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, OPS reviews, PAD special events, staff meetings and decision/Gate reviews to achieve contract commitments.


  • Leads data collection and consolidation actions to support PAD, Mission Area and/or Business Unit initiatives, including Ops charts, weekly status rollups, etc.


  • Captures and tracks program action items and works with action owners to ensure timely satisfactorily closure of actions.


  • Provides occasional support to special events such as customer reviews, offsites, international travel, and program management reviews.


  • Identifies and implements key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts (e.g., Control Tower, Program Area Actions, etc.) and performance assessments that enable program success drivers by program leadership teams.


    Qualifications You Must Have:


    • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience


    • Experience with financial analysis and risk & opportunity management or similar


    • Experience leading cross-functional teams such as; (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions)


    • Experience managing technical, cost, and schedules or similar performance metrics to meet program objectives


    • An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance


      Qualifications We Value:


      • Raytheon Program Management certification at level 6 or 5


      • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout


      • Experience developing/reviewing cost proposals, Gate 4/5 packages for management review / approval


      • Product lifecycle management experience


      • Proficiency with RTX tool suite or similar program management systems


      • Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams to success
