Job Description Northwest Medical Center, in partnership with a
well-established private practice , is seeking a Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our
growing team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to
become part of a high-volume, high-performance clinical practice
serving a broad and diverse patient population across Southern
Arizona. Position Highlights: Full-spectrum Cardiothoracic and
Cardiovascular Surgery Hybrid practice model with a mix of
inpatient and outpatient care Shared call schedule – 1:3 Robust
surgical infrastructure: High-volume service line with a strong
referral base Research opportunities available Partnership track

Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic
Surgery Eligible for Arizona medical licensure Strong clinical,
communication, and teamwork skills Interest in both thoracic and
