Job Description Job Description Summary: Responsible for
delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment,
planning, implementation and evaluation. Directs and guides both
patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while
maintaining standards of professional nursing. Bonus - Sign on
and/or Relocation Bonus available! Shift: Days and Nights available
Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on diagnoses,
medications, treatments, and discharge instructions. Document
patient care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
in the EMR. Identify changes in patient condition and initiate
timely interventions or escalation of care. Maintain patient
safety, infection control, and fall-prevention standards. Assist
with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Required Education and
Certification: Associate's degree in nursing Required Arizona
Registered Nurse State License Required Minimum 2 years of
