Manager Location: Bisbee, AZ 85603 Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
annually (based on experience) Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Placement Setting: Acute / Emergency Room Shift: Days | 40 hours
weekly Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all ER nursing
operations and staff schedules Ensure compliance with hospital
policies, protocols, and regulatory standards Support emergency
medical procedures and oversee patient care delivery Manage
budgets, resources, and departmental performance metrics Mentor and
develop nursing staff through training and performance evaluations
Requirements: Active Arizona RN license (or compact equivalent)
Minimum 3-5 years of ER nursing experience, with at least 2 years
in a leadership role Current BLS, ACLS, certifications Excellent
leadership, communication, and critical decision-making skills
