ARC ACCEPTED) 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN PCU Patient Ratio: 1:5 BEDS
-25 SCRUB COLOR - ANY SOLID COLOR EMR- MEDHOST TRAVELERS SUBMITTED
WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST
INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE
GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
