Job Description: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
for medical-surgical patients. Monitor patient conditions, vital
signs, lab results, and responses to treatment. Administer
medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders.
Provide wound care, pain management, and post-operative care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and
discharge plans Document patient care accurately in the electronic
medical record (EMR) Maintain patient safety, infection control,
and regulatory compliance Respond to emergencies and changes in
patient condition promptly Mandatory Experience : Min 2 years of
experience required working as Med Surg RN Requirements: ACLS BLS
