AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,074 per week Shift Information:
Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
ASAP About the Position Minimum 1 year MS experience. Ratio 1:5-6
and LPN group 1:8. Valid AZ RN license required. BLS required and
not expiring within 30 days of start. EPIC preferred. 4 weekend
shifts per schedule. Will float within their scope of care/practice
