of current Progressive Care Unit experience required License:
Active Arizona nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS (both from
American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Must-Have: No
license hits Description: Candidates with a home address in Arizona
will not be considered. Please submit a copy of the driver's
license. It is important to vet all locations for the travelers and
include all experienced departments they are willing to accept and
work in. This information is necessary to get candidates presented
quickly due to the fast-paced nature of these orders. The
submission form must be 100% accurate with all requests noted in
the highlights section. The start date for candidates should align
closely with the order start date listed. All requests for time off
(RTO) should be included on the cover page and must be less than 7
days. RTO will not be approved during the first week of the
assignment or for holidays. All facilities the traveler is open to
working in should be listed in the submission. Interested
candidates should specify the states they are open to working in.
All shifts the traveler is open to working on must be listed, along
with all departments they are willing to take on. All candidates
submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
Please notify if a traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable. Flu
vaccination is required; declinations can be applied for by
reaching out for forms. It is essential to note vaccination status
in the submission. Background requirements are very specific and
must be adhered to and attested to immediately. Travel experience
is preferred. The cover page must be completely filled out. A
resume must accompany the application, detailing all facilities,
their size, number of beds, trauma level, and unit specifics. A
skills checklist specific to the nursing discipline must be
included, and it should be less than a year old. Certification
verification must be less than 30 days old. Flu vaccination is
required; declinations can be applied for by reaching out for
forms. An on-call schedule will be determined by the facility in
due course. Weekend work schedule will also be determined by the
