are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Elgin, AZ, for 4 hours a week.This role
is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the
patients residence. This is a great opportunity to earn a
supplemental income!Successful hires earn a bonus of $1000 after 90
days of employment!Offers are contingent upon passing a background
check.#INDLICResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient care within
the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to
the Aide Plan of Care.Appropriately reports changes in the
patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent
information.Practices in accordance with accepted infection control
principles. Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable
environment.Provides necessary assistance to patients with light
housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate
fluid intake.Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful
communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and
other employees.Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers
and ambulation per the Agency policies.Completes yearly education
hours.Minimum QualificationsCurrent CPR certificationCurrent First
Aid certificationTB test & physical examinationAbility to monitor
vital signsGood interpersonal skillsCaring and compassionate
personalityHand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to
stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to
50 lbs and move patientsAbility to operate under stressful
conditions and make quick decisionsPreferred
QualificationsKnowledge of medical terminology1+year of caregiving
