• Implements and monitors patient care plans
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teamRequirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days
  • 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, in an Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & CPI certifications within 90 daysEducation
    • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
    • Continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program
    • Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
