  Position Summary:
  Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering therapy modalities of treatment in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Assist patients to reach their maximum level of performance and function while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. - Inpatient focus-experience preferred. Rehabilitation Services is both a beautiful, new 5000 sq. ft. outpatient adult ortho-neuro and aquatic center. - Rehab is adjacent to a 100-bed hospital that is a level 3 trauma center with CMS 4-star; CVMC is also certified by the Joint Commission in Bone and Joint and Hip Fracture pathways. The Rehab team consists of PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTA and SLPs. PTs are doctorate trained with a FAAOMPT, vestibular certified, OCS, MLD, Loud/Big certifications and other specialty training allowing for mentorship, whether you are a new grad or an experienced therapist looking to specialize.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
    
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate preferred. -
    
  • Must have an Active Physical Therapist License. -
    
  • Must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
