Job Description:

Reports to: Operations Manager These are Per Diem, PRN positions. These positions can be 1-day events or multiple-day events or events where travel may be necessary, as well as events that may require longer-term commitments (up to 13 weeks at a time). You will have the ability to select assignments you are available for There will be additional security clearance requirements, proof of active vaccinations, and outlined levels of travel reimbursement for these positions, as these are all under a government-funded contract. This means that you would need to be cleared to be a Federal Government employee to be assigned to these events. *In cases of travel assignments, Ramp Health does cover all travel expenses in advance; no out of pocket is required by employees (hotel travel will require you to provide a card for incidentals only, which Ramp Health does not reimburse) with the exception of daily per diem and mileage, which IS reimbursed. * Potential Duties: Administer vaccines such as Flu, Tdap, Shingles, Pneumonia, etc. *who can administer depends on state and federal guidelines* Perform COVID-19 vaccinations utilizing provided vaccines by multiple manufacturers. Willingness to perform on both adults and children. * Vaccination of COVID-19 requires certification in administration; we will provide you the links for this after onboarding. * **BILINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS** Other Potential Duties: Perform Biometric testing to include sample collection using finger-stick technique or venipuncture, manual and automatic blood pressure readings, body mass index, body fat, bone density, and spirometry, as needed. Review results and provide health education to participants while maintaining their privacy. Assisting with physical examinations performed by NP, PA, or MD Documentation into Electronic Platform of provided services. Responsibilities: Attend paid training as required or offered, in-person and/or Zoom/Teams meetings. Self-guided training is not paid for but can be done online. Function as a team player to ensure the success of assigned programs. Assist, when required, with the transportation of medical instruments and supplies to and from screening events. Facilitate effective communication between Ramp Health and the customer. Perform other related duties as needed. Compensation: Standard per diem, PRN hourly rate based on your credentials and your state of residence. Team Leads are assigned an hourly differential when assigned to an event. No company benefits. Physical demands: Extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking. Some bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds). Special requirements: Must be 18 or above. Employment Type: Contract
