Job Description:

Psychiatric-Mental Health opening in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona (75-miles from Tucson) is growing with the addition of an employed, full-time BC/BE Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP) to strengthen our established team. Those who are currently practicing or are currently in training can be considered.

Position Detail:

• Established 19-bed (4 geriatric) adult inpatient program
• 7 on/off block schedule awarding work/life balance
• Arizona does not require nurse practitioners to be supervised by, or collaborate with, a physician. Rather, NPs in Arizona are free to practice independently

  Canyon Vista Medical Center serves as the medical hub for southeast Arizona. Growth and advancing technology dictated building a new 100-bed hospital in 2015. Accredited by The Joint Commission, this Level III Trauma Center is home to over 120 physicians and allied health professionals providing both inpatient and outpatient care.
