Psychiatric-Mental Health opening in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Canyon Vista Medical Center is looking for a Board Certified PMH-NP to join their behavioral health team in Sierra Vista, AZ.

The Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health Unit has 19 beds, which includes 15 dedicated adult beds and 4 dedicated geriatric beds. This position is scheduled 7 days on and 7 days off, and includes: new admissions, daily patient care in behavioral health unit, evaluation and management of psychiatric patients on the inpatient unit and providing psychiatric consults for medical-surgical patients. Candidate must be willing to work in a collaborative environment on the unit with treatment professionals that include RNs, Behavioral Health Techs, Social Workers, and Activity Therapists. Call responsibilities will be shared and supplemented with Tele-Psych services.

Sierra Vista, nestled in the San Pedro River Valley 75 miles southeast of Tucson, serves as the main commercial, cultural, and recreational hub of Cochise County and offers spectacular mountain views and year-round temperate climate.
