Come and practice in the beautiful foothills of the Huachuca Mountains in Southeast Arizona. Canyon Vista Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its team. This is an opportunity to join an established group of General Surgeons practicing in a hospital affiliated practice. This position includes assisting in the operating room and busy outpatient clinic and doing consults in the hospital. The current surgeons perform a variety of bread and butter general surgery procedures, GI procedures, and do work in the Advanced Wound Care Center on campus, which includes hyperbaric oxygen chambers.

• Level III trauma center
  
• Prior surgical experience preferred, but not required.
  
• CVMC has 6 operating rooms and 2 GI procedure rooms
  
• Outpatient Surgery Center, located on CVMC campus, has 4 operating rooms
  
• General call rotation 10 days / month
