Job Description:

A hospital-affiliated primary care practice in Arizona needs an additional primary care physician due to the need in the community. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 1:3 or better call. Call includes pediatric call only, including newborn coverage in the level I nursery. There are neonatal nurse practitioners in place from 7 am to 7 pm every day. There is a hospitalist group in place 24/7 for adult care. The incoming physician can expect to see 18 to 22 patients per day on average. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and another/a few/other specialist/physician. They welcome candidates that are board certified and board eligible. If you are board eligible, you must be a resident. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive compensation package with incentives/bonuses.
