We are looking for a PMO Operations Manager with a secret clearance to join our growing team in Sierra Vista, AZ!

As the PMO Operations Manager, you will:

• Provide general PMO internal and external customer contract and operations management support

  • Ensure Incumbent Team employees are identified, and on-boarding and off-boarding requirements are successfully completed in accordance with PMO guidance during incumbent transition to ensure seamless contract transition.
  • Help manage the AMERICAN SYSTEMS Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure the program milestones are met.
  • Help PMO manage and track the security and clearance needs of the assigned employees.
  • Help manage and track contract and task order financials, manpower and scheduled deliverables.
  • Attend and manage PMO PM and D-PM's meetings and deliverable schedules
  • Help maintain contract personnel rosters used for emergency notifications

        • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field and 8+ years of relevant PMO Technical and Operations Management experience
        • 5+ years of experienced in supporting a DoD customer
        • 1+ years of DoD logistics tracking
        • 1+ years of technical and operations experience in managing a medium to large DoD professional services contract that executes over 50 task orders annually.
        • Current SECRET or higher clearance eligibility
