The Product Integrity organization is responsible for ensuring
our products are released under configuration control on-time, with
the proper quality and rigor. Product Integrity is a
multi-disciplinary organization including configuration management,
data management, documentation and CAD model checking, drawing
release managers, jurisdiction and classification assessors, and
information security owners that support engineering, our program
offices and our customers.
The Effectors Configuration Management organization is looking for
a Manager located on-site in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
- Lead the coordination and administration of assigned
configuration management activities related to identification,
control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in
accordance with contractual requirements for classified
programs
- Technically support program milestones and contribute to
successful reviews and customer interchanges
- Meet the program's committed schedule, cost, and performance
requirements
- Actively engage with all Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and
Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads for assigned programs to ensure
that Configuration Management is actively represented within the
program
- Review and analyze released engineering change data and
coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support,
manufacturing, and engineering data control activities (including
classified support).
- Support of new proposal efforts and management of program
Estimate at Complete (EAC) for CM
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or
other related fields
- Typically requires 8 years of Configuration Management
experience
- Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) tools
- Experience with leadership projects
- Experience with government standards and processes, such as
described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard
- Experience with generating Configuration Management
productivity metrics and/or reports
- Experience with estimating, proposing, and/or managing
configuration management cost and schedule on a program
Qualifications We Value

- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of
management and peers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including
ability to develop and present technical briefings to
Leadership.

technical engineering data regarding configuration management
issues and ability to take corrective action as needed.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending

location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may
