Material Estimating Organization as a Senior Proposal Analyst. The
estimating organization is responsible for the preparation of
various types of proposals for development, production and
competitive contracts including modifications to existing
contracts. In addition, the Estimating Organization supports gate
reviews, government audits, and negotiations with the customer.
This position is an onsite role for the Tucson location and will
require working classified efforts. What You Will Do Be responsible
for the development, analysis and completion of material proposals
Work with other functions from across the company to understand and
evaluate the material and other direct costs associated with
proposed contracts and the associated program Utilize company
estimating and pricing programs and tools Lead the development of
Material Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress,
validating and analyzing supplier quotes and Purchase Order
History, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming
the estimating approach is sound Ensure proposals comply with all
FAR and internal requirements Assess, develop and implement
solutions leading to a thorough material package Perform detailed
and complex analysis of inputs to ensure sound?ness in our material
estimates Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or
an Advanced Degree in a related field Experience with Microsoft
Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense
Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), (TINA) and/or
other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to
Bid/Cost proposal Strong organization and analytical skills The
ability to work well in teams, with peers and management Strong
oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to
consistently meeting deadlines in a sched?ule driven environment
Knowledge and experience with proposal development, price buildup,

roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
