Electrical Engineering expertise to develop electronic solutions
across the Raytheon portfolio. We are seeking a Senior Electrical
Engineer to support the design, development, integration, test,
and/or production of complex Radio Frequency (RF) products and/or
systems. This role requires a self-driven engineer with strong
technical leadership, organizational discipline, and communication
skills who excels in a fast-paced, budget- and schedule-critical
environment. The selected candidate will support and/or lead
efforts that could range from concept development through
integration and production while solving complex technical
challenges. You will collaborate closely with Systems, Mechanical,
Digital, Power, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and/or
external suppliers to deliver high-performance RF solutions that
meet mission and customer requirements. What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the
following. Specific duties will vary based on department, program
assignment and business needs. Architect, design, and develop RF
hardware such as: RF components (MMICs, amplifiers, filters,
couplers, oscillators, manifolds, radiators) Transmitters,
receivers, exciters Seekers, Active Electronically Steered Antennas
(AESAs), antennas, radomes Radar and RF subsystems Lead hardware
efforts across different parts of the product lifecycle: R&D,
design, qualification, transition to production, production, and/or
depot support Perform component, circuit, and/or subsystem-level
analysis, simulation, and trade studies Integrate and test RF
components and/or subsystems in laboratory and production
environments Develop test procedures and plans; execute Design
Verification Testing (DVT) and qualification testing; document
results Simulate and model electromagnetic (EM) phenomena using
industry-standard tools Oversee material delivery, build
activities, and hardware test execution Conduct failure analysis,
root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions Ensure
technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment Provide
technical management and oversight of suppliers, including
interfacing on design, build, deliveries, and issue resolution
Escalate risks appropriately and coordinate Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) as needed Maintain and generate technical documentation in
accordance with program and compliance requirements Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior
relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and
minimum 3 years experience. Experience with one or more of the
following: RF hardware simulation, design, fabrication,
integration, test, supplier support, and/or production support RF
subsystem/system requirements development and validation Experience
with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST,
Mentor Graphics Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab.
Strong hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum
analyzers, network analyzers, phase noise analyzers, and/or antenna
measurement systems) Qualifications We Value: Problem-Solving
Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in
complex systems. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical
information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Team Collaboration: Experience working
in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to collaborate with other
engineers, procurement and production staff, and project managers.
Project Management: Experience managing engineering projects from
conception through production Ability to coordinate with suppliers
and manage timelines and budgets. Knowledge of cost estimating,
plus budget and schedule management Strong academic foundation in:
RF/Microwave Engineering Electromagnetic Theory Antenna Theory
Signal Processing Radar Systems Experience interfacing with
government customers and agencies Advanced degree in STEM field
Willingness to travel to support integration, test events, supplier

salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
