Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our hardware engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and validation of complex electronic systems used in our next-generation hardware products. You will work cross-functionally with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and product teams to take designs from concept through production while ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Job Details Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred. 10 years of experience in electrical design and hardware development for instrumentation, control systems, or embedded platforms. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on in design, analysis, and problem-solving. Expert-level proficiency in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design. Strong experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and component library management tools. Proficient in circuit simulation and analysis using LTSpice or equivalent tools. Extensive hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and function generators. Proven experience designing systems with Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi interfaces. Solid understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity best practices.
