Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-timeexperienced Senior Staff Accountant to manage accounting operations andfinancial reporting in Douglas, AZ. This role is responsible for preparing andanalyzing financial information, overseeing month-end close, and ensuringaccurate, compliant financial reporting. Experience in healthcare or communityhealth environments is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage general accountingfunctions, including full-charge bookkeeping through month-end close Prepare and analyzefinancial statements, reports, and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with GAAPand internal accounting policies Analyze financial data,identify trends, and resolve variances Oversee preparation ofinternal and external financial reports Support audits and respondto financial inquiries Maintain accurate accountingrecords and improve accounting processes Collaborate with internalteams on budgeting and financial reporting needs Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $57,203 – $85,805per year (DOE) Comprehensive health,dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Stable, mission-driven workenvironment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field 8 years of generalaccounting experience, including full-charge bookkeeping and financialstatement preparation Expert knowledge ofaccounting principles and practices Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in English Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, graphs, data analysis) Experience with accountingsoftware; Peachtree and NextGen preferred Computer literacy withstrong attention to detail Knowledge of communityhealth centers or healthcare organizations preferred Experience with reportwriter software, programming, and Adobe Standard strongly preferred
