We’ll work with you to make it happen. \n\n\n What We Offer: \n\n \n Up to $65k Sign-On Bonus \n $140,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience Monthly production-based bonuses \n Leadership bonuses \n Comprehensive benefits to include a 401k with match \n CE allowance dedicated CE days \n Extra Perks:\n Discounted pet care, license & DEA reimbursement, no non-compete \n \n\n As Medical Director, you will: \n\n \n Provide medical leadership and uphold high standards of\n care \n Mentor and develop associate veterinarians \n Oversee compliance, protocols, and hospital performance \n Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health\n and operations \n Foster collaboration and efficiency within the team \n Connect with other Medical Directors in Arizona for\n peer support \n \n\n You’ll report directly to the NVA\nArizona Division Leaders, with plenty of guidance and autonomy to make the role\nyour own. \n\n What We’re Looking For: \n\n \n DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program (or\n ECFVG/PAVE certified) \n Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain) \n Strong communicator and decision-maker \n Proven leadership experience or a clear passion for\n developing it \n \n\n About Sierra Vista: \n\n If you love the outdoors, Sierra\nVista is a hidden gem.
